One of a pair of windows with a highly regular, rectilinear, although asymetric, design in both clear and colored glass.  The window has an oak frame.  Its design consists of vertical and horizontal bands of green and amber colorerd glass at the top and bottom of window; along one side are colored squares of glass, and along the other is a chevron-shaped column of glass. The overall effect is of colored pieces of glass suspended within a clear window, subdivided by abstract bands and patterns of lead caming.

This inlaid bronze casket with Kufic inscription was masterfully produced in the 12th century Seljuk period. Possibly of Syrian origin, the lid is hammered from a flat sheet of brass with the bottom formed by folding and joining a section cut from a flat sheet. The seams are on three sides of the base and in the rear under the right-hand hinge. Brass hinges on the object are attached by copper rivets. Originally, the object would have a handle and front clasp which are now missing. <br /><br />

<p>This bowl dates from the 14th century when the beauty of the decoration was highly valued more than basic color. It is covered with inlaid designs on both the inner and outer walls. On its inerior rim are inlaid foliage scrolls in white, while the inner wall is decorated with black-and-white inlaid cranes in four places against the background filled with inlaid clouds. At the center of its inner base is also inlaid a chrysanthemum enclircled by a double line, which is then bordered with a row of yeoui-head design. The glaze on the outer surface is poorly fused, and has been entirely repaired.<br />
